In the interest of safety and the smooth running of the club, Official's
instructions must be adhered to at all times. Officials reserve the
right to have the final decision. Failing to comply with an official's
instruction could result in a disqualification. Overly aggressive riding
will not be tolerated, we accept that it's a race but please remember
that the race includes young and/or novice riders. By all means shout
to make a slower rider aware of your presence but take care when passing.
Slower riders please be courteous and allow the faster people to pass
you at a safe place. If you would like to marshall for the 2012 season
then please contact Sally.
Technical Inspection
All Quads must be inspected prior to competition. Random noise level
test will be carried out on Exhausts. The noise level limit is below
97Db. Once quads have been through scrutineering they will be left in
the designated parking area and the rider can not return to the quad
until the start of the race. If caught in the designated parking area,
or if your quad is placed there without prior permission you could face
a race start penalty of 2 minutes.
Riding in the Pits
Riding in the pits should be limited to the absolute necessary and be
strictly at walking pace with helmet and lanyard worn.
Course Cutting
Course cutting will not be tolerated, a warning will be issued, if caught
again you will be disqualified.
